Staff Positions
Counselor
Males & Females
Be a teacher, coach, counselor, mentor, and friend investing in the lives of kids! We’re looking for the “cream of the crop” when it comes to exhortation and selflessness.
Health Services
Health Services is a vital part of the ministry of Kids Across America (KAA). We enlist doctors, nurses and nurse-helpers (no nursing accreditation is required to be a helper) to volunteer at our camps each summer. Being a part of our Health Services Team requires energy, flexibility, and a loving heart to serve others.

Males & Females
Food is our ministry! We fuel kampers and staff so that the love of Jesus can be understood clearly and effectively. Learn how to fry chicken, bake cookies, and chop salads in the super-mad-crazy-hype atmosphere of the dining hall! A willing heart is necessary, no cooking experience
is required.

Males & Females
Be the “hands” of the ministry–the Gospel in action! You have the unique opportunity to directly serve every single kamper and staff. Your main job is serving food and cleaning in the dining hall, and there are awesome opportunities for team building and spiritual growth through Bible studies and activities.

Capture the memories that will last a lifetime! Experience in digital media is not necessary. We’ll teach you! But it’s crucial to have an interest for telling a story in a single image, and keeping an eye out for the small moments. Good file management will also be necessary to keep track of all the pictures and clips you collect.
Maintenance
Males
Help create and maintain a beautiful camp! Responsibilities include lawn care, cleaning, event set up, and more. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
Office Personnel
Females
Serve as the liaison for parents, campers, mentors, and staff members! This position requires exemplary guest service, retail sales, and excellent people, computer, organization, and communication skills.
Family Helpers
Males & Females
Be a summer hero to the families of the camp directors and guest families with homecare and childcare of infants, toddlers, and school age children! A servant’s heart and a willing spirit
is necessary.
