In Memory of Paul Vermillion

volunteer design decor

Paul Vermillion, #42 SAGU Lions 1987-88, lived and loved life with a passion for people, sports and most importantly Jesus Christ.

As I think about Paul and the love I have for my friend, teammate, and roommate, it is out of our friendship that I wanted to honor him.

As the President of Kids Across America, I have decided to award one camper a year a full scholarship to KAA in the name of Paul Clyde Vermillion.

The camper must:

  1. Be from the Houston, TX metro area
  2. Show financial need
  3. Have a passion for life, sports, and a desire to know Jesus Christ

The scholarship will be for 100% of cost to attend KAA ($1,100). I will personally, and financially, support this scholarship.

Paul’s family will receive a basketball scholarship trophy with the child’s name and testimony yearly.

The camper, as well as their group leader, we have an opportunity to hear the story of Paul Vermillion’s life, and the origin of the scholarship, and how it came about.

My hope is to remember and honor the life of my friend.

If you would like to be a part of this scholarship, financially or prayerfully, please don’t hesitate to call me directly (901-412-9446) or simply fill out the form below.
