We identified some key areas in which growth is desperately needed at KAA in 2023 … to improve our infrastructure, expand our camps to serve more campers more effectively — and help equip and empower more Christian leaders.
And friends like you stepped up BIG TIME to get us going! Here’s a snapshot of our campaign goals … where we started … and where we are today:
Kaleo Oasis
In Progress:
To provide a first-class training and housing center to grow our important ministry to Kaleos, so that we might equip and encourage youth mentors, facilitate the exchange of ideas, help build lifelong friendships, and more.
Total cost of the project: $425,000

KAA 1
In Progress:
Repave the road to improve drop-off/pick-up for campers
Air conditioning in cabins
Install a septic tank and replace water heaters
Repaint the pool and water slide.
Still Needed:
Remodel and install air conditioning in the gym
Add a slip-n-slide to the pool area
Replace fencing around the soccer field
Remodel all 24 camper cabins
Total cost of the project: $369,000

Replace siding on the Office and Health Center

Remaining Needs: $47,000
We thank the Lord for each important project completed to date! As you can see, we still have a way to go, with a total need of an additional $500,000 to completely wipe out our big, bold audacious goals.
